We want you to enjoy your products......... You may return unopened, unused products after first contacting us for a returns authorization number.

Returns must be pre-authorized, please contact us before returning any item.

We cannot reimburse shipping costs.

Pre-paid custom or special order items are not returnable.

$50.01 to $100.......$2.25

$100.01 to $200.....$2.75

$200.01 to $300......$4.70   if your order is more we will let you know the cost                      

Packaging

 Most of our Teas come to you freshly packaged in triple layer, reclosable bags , instead of tins.  This saves you money on packaging and shipping and does not undermine the quality of the product.  

Shipping

We offer first class USPS which makes small items cost much less to ship i.e one 2oz package of tea ships for about $2.29 and multiples add only about 70c per 2oz, up to 3 packages.  Beyond 3 packages they will be shipped either parcel post or priority and the cost will be indicated at check out, based on your zip code.

1oz packages of herbals ship inexpensively too, one 1oz package ships at appx $2.12 with additional 1oz packages costing only about 55c up to a max of 4 packages costing about $3.65.

Small items like tea balls or tea basket infusers can also be shipped in this manner, BUT.......read on

PLEASE NOTE:  If your total order( including box and packing material) weighs more than 13 ounces, it cannot be shipped first class mail and the mailing program will not let you choose this option.

Your order will be shipped USPS First Class, OR USPS Parcel Post, OR USPS Priority mail. You may be able to choose which type, based on the item(s) combined weight.  Items in stock will normally be shipped within 48 hours.  We do not back order, you will be advised of items out of stock . 

The USPS estimates shipping times as follows:

First Class  1 - 7 Days within the 48 Contiguous States

Parcel Post  1-9 Days

Priority  1-3 Days
