This tea is great with milk, has lovely floral notes, medium body and well balanced astringency.  Some decaf teas lose in translation, in part because some teas are decaffeinated using chemicals which strip the tea of it's flavor and worse, it's healthful properties.  This tea is however, decaffeinated using the Canadian Co2 method.   Click here to read more about this chemical free method.
